Get ready to channel your inner knight! The Hero Workshop is thrilled to re-launch our Sword Fighting Classes starting September 9th. Thanks to the John C. Hench Foundation, membership is free through the end of 2026! In this exciting program, heroes will learn to wield a sword with skill and defend themselves with a shield, mastering the basics of combat in a safe and fun environment. Whether you’re a budding warrior or simply looking for an adventurous new activity, this is your chance to step into the arena and discover the art of swordplay. Don’t miss out—join the adventure!
 
Sword Fighting Classes will meet at The Hero Workshop. Membership includes a loaner sword and shield. Helmets will be available to rent for $5, or you are welcome to bring a bike or skate helmet from home.
 
Sword Fighting Classes will be offered on Wednesdays from 4:00-5:00.
