This scourge on our supply lines back to the mainland cannot be allowed to continue! So be on the lookout for ne'er-do-wells and those ruffians who would rob from the riches of your hard labor!
 
Remember, it's your gold on the line if the company cannot keep up with costs! So to all of you righteous brothers and sisters in capitalism please report the behaviors of those who would see our grand experiment ruined! If you are an adventurer looking to help the grand cause and stem these losses, please meet with Inspector Borost with the Resource Protection Bureau at your earliest convenience. Only the more stalwart and honest will have accepted to the program.
