Welcome to the June-gle, we've got fun and games! Congratulations on making it through another school year. We hope you have tons of summer fun planned here at The Workshop and beyond. As a reminder, we will be closed June 13th & 14th, and then officially switch over to our summer schedule on June 15th. Most weeks of summer camp are nearly sold out, so be sure to grab your spot if you haven't already or were debating adding a week.
Looking for activities for heroes outside of summer camp? We will be hosting games 4pm-6pm Monday through Friday and 10am-12pm on Saturdays, all summer long. Your current membership gives you access to all of them! Hop in when you can so your hero can be a part of an epic story across the entire Workshop. Heroes are welcome to drop in to any of these games, but we recommend you sign up in advance to guarantee your seat.
We have lots of fun planned this June, as we kick off the summer: games at Cantrip Candles for our friends closer to Hollywood, a watch party for the season premiere of The Legend of Vox Machina, our long-awaited Day of Play, and much, much more.

The culmination of our Dave and Buster's fundraiser is here! Join us at Dave and Buster's on June 6th for our Hero Workshop Day of Play. Even if you can't join us at our nearest D&B location, power cards bought through our link can be redeemed anywhere in the world! Kayl's Tales is our answer to introducing younger kids to the interactive storytelling of Dungeons & Dragons without advanced math and reading comprehension. Our heroes will go on epic adventures, make crafts, have snacks, and more while practicing math and creativity so they are ready when they graduate to our older tables

We are bringing our games closer to the east side! If you have been craving more of The Hero Workshop but can't always make it to Culver City, this may be your answer. We have teamed up with the fabulous folks at Cantrip Candles in Hollywood to bring an epic adventure to their epic space. If you have been looking for D&D games for kids in Hollywood, Burbank, or even Silverlake, we hope to see you there. Plus! our first game on May 29th is free to attend.

The Living World of Richton

Want to play DnD, but can't commit to a regular game night? "The Living World of Richton," may just be the game for you!
Choose the adventures that interest you, and connect with members of our local nerd community. Join the Discord channel to meet the other players and the GMs who will be running the sessions. Be the first to get game announcements, have in-world and out-of-world chats, and learn new Richton Lore!

URGENT REQUEST FOR ADVENTURERS
“TET-3 requesting aid. 8 days SW of Richton. The terrain has … changed. The plants, the rocks, it makes no sense. Trapped. Think we’re being hunted.”
Thus was the final recorded Sending of Thranstix Exploration Team 3 to their Tracker, received one week ago. Through clerical error, the request for aid submitted to the Governor’s Office was delayed but is now of the highest priority as Governor Newt himself has become aware of the missing team. All willing adventurers are to assemble at the TET Offices (located around the block from The Fat Porpoise) at dawn for assignment details and outfitting. Pay will be standard company day rate for adventurers, as well as bonuses for recovered TET crew (dead or alive) and/or their exploration logs.
This is a Tier 1 Adventure suitable for any character level 4 or below.

Adventurers new and old, stop by the workshop any Tuesday in March to create your own custom character. We'll help you with all the rules, so the only limit is your imagination.
Mini Painting
Wednesdays
4 PM - 6 PM
Want to paint your own mini? Join expert painter Chris every Wednesday from 4 to 6 PM in the Clubhouse. We provide paints, primer, and brushes. Just bring your own mini, or pick one up from our retail store.
Magic: the Gathering | Free Play
Thursdays
6 pm - 8 pm
Do you want to play Magic: The Gathering, but don't know where to start? Come by any Thursday, where Randy will set you up with a deck and teach you the ropes. You'll fight epic battles and make great friends.
